Let me tell you a little about myself. I am a HUGE Alabama football fan, love the “Deadliest Catch”, like my pizza thin crust and my Starbucks drinks is venti, non fat, cafe latte no flavors!!
I am from Birmingham, Alabama originally. The first 13 years of my ministry was spent in youth ministry. I was a Youth Pastor in 3 different churches in the Alabama district. I was very involved in campus ministry, and also heavily involved in the district youth ministry. Becky and I loved every part of working with students. After 13 years we tearfully said “goodbye” to youth ministry and moved to Kentucky to become Senior Pastor at Lifeline Assembly of God in Radcliff. We were at Lifeline for 9 wonderful years. We saw God do some amazing things.
I was ordained with the Assemblies of God in 1988. I graduated from Southeastern University with a B.S. in Church Leadership and hold a Masters Degree in Theological Studies from Southwestern University. Becky and I have been married for 15 years. We have 3 children Kayla 14, Kelsey 10 and Kendra 7.
I have had the honor is serving in our KY state headquarters for the past 6 years.
I am very thankful my our past experiences, but look toward the future and all that God has in store. We prayerfully seek creative and innovative ways to share the timeless truth of our loving savior with students. We preserve our Pentecostal heritage by making sure that our students carry the power and torch of the Spirit-filled life to other generations.
